Description
KinderCare Learning Center in Fairlawn offers high-quality daycare, child care, and early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow. Joy Baxter
Joy has been with KinderCare since June of 2000. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Joy started as a teacher at the North Canton KinderCare and three years later became the Assistant Director there. Joy has been in administration ever since but has worked a several KinderCares. Joy has learned many different things from all the different locations. Joy is very passionate about helping all the children learn through a very loving and nurturing environment. One of the things she enjoys most about her job is being able to work closely with all the different age groups and watching them develop over the years. Joy enjoys spending time with her family. Joy does not have any children of her own but love spending lots of time with her nephews. Joy looks forward to getting to know you and your family.
